Exchanges will not be accepted unless an exchange authorization number (EAN) has been issued by Lucys.

• Before a product can be returned, an exchange authorization number (EAN) needs to be requested from Lucy's.

• Indicate the EAN on the outside of the package.
• Authorized exchanges may be subject to a restocking fee not to exceed 30% of the original cost.
• Due to the nature of our products, exchanged merchandise must be in original carton in as new condition. Please include all accessories and paperwork.
• We do not issue refunds due to the nature of our products.
• All exchanges MUST be of equal or greater value of original purchase.
• We have less than 1% exchange activity.
• We recommend that you insure the package.
